What happens to the details and photos you send us.
Who we are
compositebondingcork.ie is run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland, Co. Dublin. Contact: hello@compositebondingcork.ie.
What we collect
From the request form: the answers you give (the treatment, your area, timing, number of teeth, your note), your name and phone number, and the page you sent it from.
From the Smile Studio: your first name, mobile and area, the choices you tap (what to change, budget band, timing), the photo you upload, the pictures the Studio draws from it, and the messages you type to the AI guide.
Why
To draw your preview, text it to you, and pass your request to one dental practice in Cork so it can contact you about it. We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Who we share it with
One dental practice in Cork. To draw your preview and answer your messages, your photo and your messages are sent through our own server to Google's Gemini service, which processes them for us. Our hosting and messaging providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details or add them to marketing lists. Don't put medical details in the message box or the chat; the dentist will ask what they need. Please only upload a photo of yourself.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after your request, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Photos and Studio pictures are stored encrypted and deleted on the same schedule.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously which step of the form or the Studio was reached.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@compositebondingcork.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
